Overview

The document establishes binding terms for using webpipes.net and services provided by Hyperngn Inc. Users represent they have authority to bind themselves and their organizations to these conditions.

Account Requirements

Users must be at least 13 years old and human. The service requires a valid email address. Accounts cannot be shared among multiple users, and individuals cannot maintain more than one free account. Users bear full responsibility for account security and all activities occurring under their login credentials.

Billing & Payment Structure

Free accounts don't require payment information. Paid upgrades bill immediately. Monthly plans are non-refundable with no credits for partial months. When switching from monthly to annual billing, a full year charges at the next monthly date. Plan changes on monthly cycles automatically charge the new rate; yearly plans receive prorated adjustments or refunds for the remaining period.

Account Cancellation

Users must cancel through pipe by clicking on the "Destroy Pipe" button on the pipe dashboard. Upon termination, all content is permanently deleted. Hyperngn retains the right to suspend or terminate accounts at its discretion without explanation.

Content Ownership

Users retain intellectual property rights to uploaded materials. Publicly viewable content may be accessed by others. The platform itself—HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and visual design—remains Hyperngn's property. Users indemnify Hyperngn against third-party claims regarding their content.

Prohibited Activities

Users cannot engage in illegal activities, modify the service, reproduce portions without permission, transmit spam, upload malware, or abuse employees or customers.

Liability Limitations

Hyperngn shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages from service use or unavailability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or uninterrupted operation.
